We are happy to exchange or refund excluding return postage within 30 days of purchase for online purchases only.

Please note items labeled as clearance items (Item that is listed in the Clearance Collection) will not be able to be refunded or exchanged. Products are clearly labeled into this collection.

Please fill in this form, email or call us to let us know that you would like to return your recent purchase before you send it back.

All we ask is that you return the item in the original packaging, not worn or used and with all instruction, guarantee books (if provided in physical format) and all sales tickets (how it was sent to you).

Please keep a tracking number for the item that you are sending back and please email us this tracking number.

Any special order cannot be returned or exchanged as these items were especially ordered for you.

Refunds will be credited the same day the goods arrive back to store. Payment processing is beyond our control and may take 3-4 working days for funds to appear in your account.

We will send you a confirmation email when we received the returned goods letting you know that we have processed the refund.
